[movies]Deriving Equation for Newton's Method - David Coneff
Just a quick screencast I made demonstrating how to derive the equation used in Newton's Method for approximating roots. The narration isn't terribly good - I'm still using some verbal crutches - but I'm sure I will get better at this with time. I don't have the time right now to do more than a few takes, so I just did one revision for this.
